Fundacion Infantil Ronald McDonald is Puerto Rico's Chapter of Ronald McDonald House Charities.  Locally they operate Casa Ronald McDonald - a home-away-from-home for seriously ill children and their families.

The Newcomers Club of San Juan cooks dinner for the families in Casa Ronald McDonald every Tuesday and Newcomers also helps make birthday celebrations at Casa Ronald McDonald extra special.
