Monthly, informal, drop-in coffee for old, new and prospective members usually
held in a member’s home. This gathering gives newcomers an opportunity to experience
the unique architectural features of homes on the island. Sometimes
the coffees are hosted in other places like local jewelry stores or art
galleries. Every few months a new member orientation meeting is held for new members to get advice from old members,
receive freebees from local businesses and get a general introduction to
life in Puerto Rico.
Luncheons are held nearly every month at
various venues throughout the island. This is a great opportunity to
preview the best cuisine San Juan and its neighboring suburbs have to offer.
Members from Dorado join together to enjoy a monthly outing or activity together.
Recently they have been meeting for lunch monthly at the Dorado Beach Golf Club Restaurant, La
Hacienda. They also had a Christmas Brunch and cookie exchange at one of the member's homes.
They welcome all members to their events regardless of where they live on the island.

These fiestas include a variety of social
events including picnics, poolside parties, bingo nights, and much more
fun. These fiestas are a great way to get the family involved and enjoy
some great fun, games, and food.
Island-wide day trips to museums, art galleries, historic sites etc. Recent trips have
included touring the Governor's Mansion in Old San Juan, hiking in El Yunque Rain Forest, day-sailing on a catamaran out
of Fajardo, kayaking in the Caribbean National forest, Whale Watching
