The East End Art Guild was founded in January, 1999, by Diane Cutter and Jaymee Weinreich. Artists and art supporters from Caguas, Humacao, Luquillo, Ceiba, and Fajardo joined in an inspiring gathering to partake in the initial planning stages of the new art organization.
